YOUR NEXT ADVENTURE

Patagonia has a lot to offer from spectacular ranges of snow-capped mountains to barren seascapes; from the solitude of the steppe to a warm smile of a gaucho.

WHAT OUR GUESTS SAY?

“My husband and I were looking to get off the beaten path and experience something different while in Patagonia this past April. We are so happy to have had a chance to spend a few days with Nili and Felipe. Together, they showed us some amazing spots that we would have never found on our own: Laguna Sofia, Baguales, and Laguna Verde. They are really fun to hang out with and Felipe’s firsthand knowledge of the area is unprecedented. We learned so much from him in our 3 days together. Also, these guys make the best picnics on the road! Amazing local treats and homemade dishes made with love. So delicious!”

“My wife and I enjoyed an amazing five day hiking trip with Armadillo Expeditions. Nili was incredibly accommodating and responsive to us in our initial booking and Felipe was an absolute blast to spend time with. They both greeted us, when we arrived in Puerto Natales and went so far beyond, what was expected in terms of helping us prepare for the beginning of the trip. Felipe was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful to us during our W Trek and made sure the trip fit our hiking experience level. I can truly consider Felipe and Nili friends now after our time together. I couldn’t recommend the company more, if you would like to enjoy the area. We plan on returning with friends and family in the coming years, because of how great of an experience we had.”

“This was one of the best parts of our vacation! Felipe and Nili were our guides, who were absolutely fantastic. They picked us up at Punta Arenas, drove us to our hotel in Torres del Paine, which they had booked for us and we toured with them for 3 full days. Felipe grew up there, so he was very knowledgeable about the area. We learned a ton and had a great time! We hiked the glaciers, drank from the ice, took amazing photos, road a horse, wrangled a lamb, and visited the indigenous rock art. They supplied us with lunch everyday (and wine;-) and great conversation. I now consider them both my friends and hope to visit them again soon!”

“We travelled as a family to Patagonia and had found Armadillo Expeditions through the internet. Nili and Felipe were the best! They booked and organised everything for us, solved all the problems we encountered and were all round amazing people. They went above and beyond the call of duty in helping us with the trip.  We have booked other trips before and the people with whom you are dealing are not even in the country where you are traveling. Nili and Felipe are on the ground in Patagonia and know the place like the ‘back of their hand’. We would highly recommend booking any trip in Patagonia with them.”

“Absolutely exceptional tour. I was searching for a guide service to help explore around Torres del Paine during the beginning of June. Within a day of reaching out, they created a custom itinerary with an amazing price and put me in touch with my tour guide, Chalo. Chalo was knowledgeable about equipment, the park, and how to deal with the weather conditions. Though our party was in the cold through most of the trip, he maintained an amiable and professional demeanor. The park was closed, and we were among a handful in the area. That said, we were able to take in the breathtaking scenery virtually alone. I highly recommend this company for any tour (especially a custom itinerary). They speak wonderful English here, and most are locals – the park is their backyard!”

“Our trip to Patagonia was a trip of a lifetime. Patagonia was absolutely breathtaking. We loved hiking in the National park, seeing the glaciers, and learning about the area. We loved horseback riding in such a beautiful backdrop of the mountains. Felipe and Nili made certain we saw all the major sights in the park. They planned everything from the travel to and from the airport, to lunches, hikes, and adventures.  They made sure that we were able to appreciate and enjoy the culture of the area.”
